The Engagement Party
The visual identity for a new First Nations advertising and design studio in Saskatoon
Commit to Delight.
When that’s your motto for your new advertising and design studio you need to have a visual identity that is capable of some serious playfulness.
The broader viewpoint of the visual identity for the advertising and design studio is based on the concept of “War Party meets Aboriginal Engagement” – a non-apologetic delivery of applying modern visual communications with traditional executions.
The primary circular logo references the key physical component of the initial act of engagement (a ring) – a promise of upholding the motto of “committing to delight.” Utilizing a dominant circular graphic is also incorporating traditional First Nations beliefs and the strong cultural relationship with circles.
