A Saskatoon Business Case for Reconciliation
“Employers are seeking to Kîpa or Kakwayahook (hurry up) in finding ways to attract, recruit and retain Indigenous people more effectively in the workplace…”
The Engagement Party was tasked to design a multi-page booklet that highlights the ways employers are able to apply the 94 Calls to Action as stated by the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada.
The project lacked a cohesive Visual Identity to build off of, so various new elements were designed and implemented within the document. This included mimicking the bright green bokeh image as seen within the TRC92 Kîpa logo. An adaptable grid was developed to allow the content to be delivered in an easy to read layout and provide the necessary ability to accommodate the various charts and graphs.
